This pillow is made out of high density (heavy) memory foam that has a soft compression. It is made with 2 different sized lobes 3.5” or 4.5” thick. This way it can be rotated to accommodate people with bigger or smaller shoulders.
If you can get used to a pillow like this, its very good to maintain a proper spine alignment in your upper spine and to prevent kinking in your neck which leads to neck pain.
